Terms of service

Last updated October 31, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Midhull when you use the app and to.midhull.com. We kept them as plain as we could. Please read them, especially the parts about your songs and your plan.

Using Midhull

You need to be at least 13, or older where your local law requires it, and you need a parent’s permission if you are under the age of majority where you live. Keep your account secure and tell us if you think someone else is using it.

Plans and songs

  • Your first song is free. After that, making songs needs a plan. Plans are counted in songs per month, and top up packs add more.
  • Previews are free within a fair use limit. A song counts when you keep it.
  • The yearly plan can start with a 3 day free trial that includes up to 3 songs. The monthly plan has no trial.
  • Plans renew automatically through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel. We remind you before a renewal, and you can cancel any time in two taps.
  • If a song does not come out right, it goes back to your balance automatically. Refunds for payments follow Apple’s and Google’s rules, and we help you with the request.
  • Opening a song someone sent you on to.midhull.com is always free.

Your songs

You own the songs you make on Midhull, to the extent the law allows. You give us a licence to store, process and show your songs only as needed to run Midhull and in the places you choose to share them.

Personal use is included on every plan: share your songs, gift them and post them on your channels. Business use depends on your plan and is described on the plan page.

Songs you have kept stay yours to download, even if your plan changes or ends.

AI can make similar music for different people, and copyright protection for AI assisted work differs between countries. We cannot promise that a song is unique or protectable everywhere.

Your voice and other people

You may build a personal voice only from your own voice, confirmed by reading a consent phrase. You may not copy the voice, name or style of a real artist, or make a song that pretends to be by someone else.

Dedications and links

When you send a dedication, anyone with the link can open the song, your note and your voice note, react, and save it if you allowed downloads. You are responsible for what you send and to whom.

Content rules

Everything you make or upload has to follow our community guidelines and the law. We may screen, review or remove content that breaks them, and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly. You can appeal any decision from the app.

Copyright notices

If you believe something on Midhull infringes your rights, send the details to copyright@midhull.com. We review every notice and act on the ones that hold up.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Midhull running and your songs safe, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country. [Counsel to adapt per market.]

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction]. If you live in the EU, the UK, Japan or Korea, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes and contact

We tell you in the app before changes take effect and keep a list of what changed and when. Questions go to hello@midhull.com, and a person on our team will answer.
